Three Wishes
George Coleman was requested to answer the inquiry of three wishes by the Baroness and he said:
- “Happiness for my family. This has to include my mother.”
- “To be half as good a musician as Bird was.”
- “To achieve success.”

Three Wishes
When she asked Ram Ramirez what he would say his three wishes were he replied to Nica:
- “To be rich.”
- “To be richer.”
- “To find the Fountain of Youth, lay claim, and own it! With all that equipment, how dare you? How can you possibly compete with me? If I’m going to be sick, let me be young and sick. Not ‘like’ young and sick, but young and sick.”

Three Wishes
Al Harewood responded to Pannonica’s question of three wishes by telling her:
- “I wish to be honest: to myself and to other people.”
- “I wish I could please others – as wel as myself – in my contributions to music.”
- “I wish God would help me to be a gentleman, and keep me truthful to myself, to others, and Him.”
