The Jazz Voyager

Nothing like overlooking the City by the Bay as the Jazz Voyager scuttles off to the West Coast for a little jazz at Club Deluxe in the Haight. From the outside, this Haight Street spot looks more like a trashy lounge than a stellar jazz bar situated at 1511 Haight Street (at Clayton), San Francisco, CA 94117. Bringing in local talent event night of the week including live jazz, blues, swing, soul and comedy, serving up wood-fired pizza and slinging solid cocktails, this intimate space is great for dates, but don’t tell too many people: locals like to keep this place on the low.

This swanky retro lounge has bar stools, cushy booths and table seatings where one can sip drinks or dance. Tuesdays call for vintage attire to join the “Church of Frank Sinatra” for a special swing and big band cocktail party.
